Our New & Improved Dr Sebi Alkaline Bread is made with our signature kamut flour, fresh alkaline ionized water and alkaline bamboo salt. The alkaline water we use is high in antioxidants and has a high ORP effect. The alkaline salt is high in minerals & sulfur. The sulfur in the salt has a strong anti-oxidant effect as well.
This bread is made with wholegrain Kamut flour. Kamut is an ancient grain, approved by Dr Sebi. It is the second oldest grain in the world. Unlike modern wheat, Kamut is low in gluten, and has not been hybridized.
The alkaline bread is made with only 3 ingredients: kamut flour, alkaline water, alkaline salt.

Bamboo salt is sea salt thats sun-dried, deposited in bamboo tubes, and capped with mineral-rich clay. The bamboo tubes are placed in a pine-wood furnace and roasted. Traditionally takes over 3 years to create.
