Our Alkaline Bread is made with special alkaline ionized water and alkaline salt high in minerals.  This bread is made with wholegrain Kamut flour.  Kamut is an ancient grain. It is the second oldest grain in the world.  Unlike modern wheat, Kamut is low in gluten, and is non-hybridized. 

The alkaline bread is made with only 4 ingredients: kamut flour, alkaline water, alkaline salt, and sea salt flakes.
