Kamut is one of the oldest grains in the world. It is known for its anti-inflammatory properties. It is low in gluten & non GMO (Unlike modern wheat which is heavily hybridized and high in gluten). Our bread does not contain white or refined flour. We only use wholegrain flour. Our Organic Sourdough Bread is made with stone ground Kamut flour that we stone grind fresh daily for optimal nutritional content. Our Kamut Onion Bread is made with this same process but also contains roasted onions for flavor.
