1) Ancient Grain Breads-

  1. Most people wouldn't assume that eating bread could possibly promote weight loss. Research has shown that ancient grain breads like Kamut Einkorn and Spelt contain plant based bioactives in much higher concentration than modern wheats. 2) Avocadoes-

Avocadoes contain healing fat known as Oleic Acid that quashes inflammation and tissue swelling. Avocadoes also stop cytokones which puts a stop to inflammation induced pain.

Additionally avocadoes help up absorb bioactive compounds found in other foods. So pair avocadoes with other healing foods. For example, my favorite practice is to make avocado toast with ancient grain bread, or to incorporate avocado with tomatoes (another fat burning food) or apples.

3) Grapefruit-

Naringin is a bioactive compound in grapefruit juice that has been identified as a key agent in weight loss. Eat grapefruit whole or freshly squeeze its juice.

4) Tomatoes- 

Tomatoes especially when cooked in olive oil (or avocado oil) unleashes lycopene known to dissolve belly fat and block the creation of new fat cells.

However, tomatoes can promote inflammation in some people. so opt to buy tomatoes that are grown in soil, not hydroponics, to minimize reactions.
