REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality baked goods possible. If you are unhappy with your order notify us within 24 hours of pick-up or delivery. We will research the issue and once we come to a conclusion we will notify you. If a refund is in order you will receive your refund back to your credit card within 5 business days.
We accept weekday cancellations by phone or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) at least 24 hours prior to pick-up or delivery day. Orders that require delivery and cannot be delivered due to customer’s wrong information or availability will be taken back to our store and stored until further notice from customer. Should you require a future delivery date, you will be held responsible for an additional delivery charge.

We will notify you once we’ve received your complaint. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
