Grown and harvested the traditional way, our ancient foods are as nature intended, and not only that, but they are actually so healthy that they are medicinal.

Our breads are made from ancient grains that have not been hybridized or touched by modern science.

Our olive oil, walnuts, and almonds are sourced from 300-1000 years old ancient trees with deep root systems which draw minerals from deep within the soil resulting in higher nutrient levels.

We apply the same care for our Ancient wines. Grown on a fifth generation vineyard, never exposed to pesticides, we never add sulfites, preservatives, colors, or stabilizers. Our wine is full of polyphenols and promotes healthy sleep, and healthy blood pressure levels.
