Our Ancient Tempranillo Wine is made from original, non-hybridized Spanish grape variety. Unlike conventional wines, which use up to 52 undisclosed chemicals and added sulfites to stabilize color and shelf life, our Ancient Wine is 100% pure, free from all additives.
Our grapes are grown on protected land, on a five generation family farm, without exposure to pesticides or synthetic fertilizers, ensuring that no chemical residue enters the fruit, soil, or fermentation process. It is in a rural area, far from any conventional farms as well, thus, pesticides never drift onto the vineyard.

Our fermentation occurs naturally, using only the wild yeasts present on the grapes, without added sulfites, just as wine was made in ancient times. The result is a clean, live wine that won’t have the negative effects on the body that conventional wines have.

Pristine Vineyard Going Back Five Generations
This wine is grown on pure pristine land that never had pesticide exposure going back 5 generations, we don't even use organic pesticides. This results in a wine that is so pure that you will actually feel good after drinking it. This wine has high polyphenol and antioxidant content.

Crafted from ancient vineyards cultivated and harvested for centuries, on a five generation family farm, Joseph’s Ancient Heirloom Wine represents the highest expression of ancient viticulture. Our grapes originate from heritage vines that have adapted naturally over generations, developing exceptional nutrient density and extraordinary flavor complexity. These vines—mostly between 100 and 300+ years old—grow in mineral-rich soils untouched by synthetic chemicals, allowing the fruit to mature in perfect harmony with its environment.
Natural Fermentation Without the Use of Sugar
In part because of its old age, and in part because of our vineyard's protection from exposure to pesticides, fertilizers and other dangerous chemicals, our grapes are strong enough to withstand and convert to a consistently good wine with natural fermentation and without the use of added Sulfur Dioxide (Sulfites), or other Acids such as Tartaric Acid
Why we Don't add Sulfites or other Preservatives
Most grapes, largely due to pesticides, fertilizers, hybridization and other modifications, lose their natural enzymes that help stabilize the wine during the fermentation process. This then requires wineries to add sulfites not only as a fermenting aid but also as a preservative. This practice ruins the health benefits of the fermentation and causes that common acidic "shoepolish" aftertaste and feel. Consuming Sulfites in wines has many negative side effects. Which is why we avoid adding Sulfites or other preservatives.
