Antibiotics linked to 64% Increased risk of Irritable Bowel Syndrome

A groundbreaking study was presented at the Digestive Disease Week conference in San Diego, California in May 2022. This study proved without a doubt that antibiotic usage increased the risk of IBD (inflammatory bowel disease) significantly), and the more prescriptions issued, the higher the risk.

Researchers analyzed the health records of more than 2.3 million older adults, aged 60 to 90. They found  that just One prescription for antibiotics within a five year period was associated with a 27% increased risk of IBD!

  • Two prescriptions increased risk by 55%.
  • Three prescriptions increased risk by 67%.
  • Four prescriptions increased risk by 96%.
  • Five or more prescriptions increased risk by 236%.

Another study of 22,000 colon cancer patients showed that people who had taken antibiotics were 8% to 11% more likely to develop colorectal cancer and colon polyps.


We're not even talking about the increased risk of Alzheimer's and memory loss associated with antibiotics in that age range.


These findings are unbelievable.

Yet the medical establishment isn't even trying to find natural alternatives to antibiotics. And there are so many.

STEPS 4-6 CAN BE USED FOR SHORT TERM PREVENTION AND FOR DEALING WITH FLU or VARIOUS VIRAL/BACTERIAL INFECTIONS.


STEP 1- AVOID TOXIC FOOD
 

70% percent of the immune system lies in the gut. That means that what we eat determines if we are going to have a strong immune system or not.


Probiotics (good bacteria) in the gut actually train the immune system to identify good and bacteria. If we dont have enough good bacteria due to bad diet, then we are sabotaging our own immunity.
 

Avoid processed refined flours and sugars which actually feed bad bacteria. Bad or pathogenic Bacteria feed on sugar, and hundreds of research studies have shown that sugars severely weaken the immune system.

 

Fish should be avoided by everyone at all times due to high levels of heavy metals. Certain types of Bad bacteria feed on heavy metals.
 

Most of the cooking oils used in restaurants and processed foods are trans fatty oils. Trans fats cause low immunity.

Step 2 would be to modify your diet to include plenty of fruits, vegetables (cooked and raw), and healthy ancient grains.
