Note: I replaced my morning cup of coffee with green tea, coffee was so acidic for me that it caused me significant problems with my teeth and other issues as well. Most of the coffee nowadays is full of heavy metals and mold as well. When I Switched to green tea (combined with Cistus tea) 6 years ago it helped me in many ways, the combination boosts my immune system even when I'm exposed to sick people, keeps me energized, strengthens my bones, and so much more.
