Toxic Gut Toxic Body: Poor Gut Health is the hidden source of your Health Problems

The process of digestion takes up about 50%-80% of our total energy .

When we consume toxic refined foods or foods that are hard to digest like meats and animal proteins, the body has to spend more energy on digestion.  This leaves less energy for detoxification and cell repair, setting up the stage for illness and chronic disease.

Animal proteins, preservatives, chemical additives, refined processed foods, and improperly digested foods can get stuck in the colon, impacted along the intestinal wall.

Even if we are able to go to the bathroom every day, that doesn't mean we don't have impacted waste in the colon.

This situation occurs when we eat a diet low in whole grains, fruits, and vegetables.

Our gut health impacts the entire body.

In fact, 70% of the immune system lies in the gut.

Every single illness or health condition will be vastly improved if we improve our gut health.

What will happen if you Improve Your Gut Health:

  • Less Inflammation and improvement in inflammatory conditions like arthritis

  • Weight Loss

  • Healthier Blood Sugar Levels

  • Less Allergies

  • Look and Feel Younger

  • More Energy

The Cause of Toxic Gut

What's Causes Yeast Overgrowth

Improperly digested food, such as meats and animal proteins which are hard to digest and which aren't always digested fully become breeding grounds for bad bacteria, yeast, and mold.

Keep in mind, yeasts mold and bacteria release waste that are acidic and toxic.

Do you have strong seasonal allergies or are overly sensitive to chemicals and mold?

Overgrowth of yeast and mold in the colon cause sensitivities to external mold.

When we cleanse out the colon often these allergies and sensitivities are alleviated.

You might be overeating but still starving for nutrients

One of the biggest problems we face in this generation is overeating.

With the availability of food everywhere we go, and in such big amounts, its really hard to eat in moderation.

Our grandparents and great-grandparents  generally ate much less than we do.

I remember my grandparents ate 2 slices of bread with a little fermented yogurt per day, and a small dinner, no snacking, no overindulging.  Food was expensive and it also just wasn't in the culture to overindulge.

Today it seems every social event has food available. Social eating is a  challenge.

Most Restaurants are literally dangerous, not only is the food quality terrible, but also the amounts are out of control.

When we overeat, we can't digest all of it. Our body releases digestive enzymes to digest food. But digestive enzymes are only available in limited quantity, so the more you eat, its likely that some of it will be partially digested, and the food you eat will remain in the stomach for a longer period of time and be more likely to turn into food for bad bacteria yeast and mold.

One of the reasons we overeat is because we are not absorbing nutrients properly.

There is 7000 feet of surface area in the intestines,

Nutrients are absorbed through the tiny hair like villi along the intestinal walls.

If these micro-villi get clogged from impacted waste, you will not be able to absorb many of the nutrients, no matter what you eat.

Yeast and Fungus overgrowth in the intestines can also block the villi. Yeast can cover big areas of the intestinal wall, displacing probiotics (the good bacteria) and preventing nutrient absorption.

Foods that cause impacted waste and  yeast overgrowth:
  • mIcrowaved food
  • processed food
  • animal protein
  • canned foods
  • dairy

Without adequate nutrient intake, our bodies will tell us to keep eating, regardless of how much we actually eat.

This is why some people cant satisfy their hunger.

Side Effects of Bad Gut Health:

  • Body Illness & Chronic Fatigue:  When we have poor gut health, we will not be able to take in vitamin and minerals from the food we eat. Obviously our organs need nutrients to function optimally. General Nutrient Deficiency  may cause organs to function sub-optimally leading to diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, osteoporosis and more. Bad gut health can literally impact every organ in the body.

Bad Gut Equals a Compromised Immune System

When bad bacteria in the colon proliferate, and replace the good bacteria (probiotics), our immune system begin to function.

Probiotics are the immune sentinels of the body. In fact, the job of the probiotics is to identify dangerous pathogens and alert the immune system.

Without probiotics, our immune system can't function, and we are at risk for auto-immune diseases and infections.
